[jsr294-modularity-eg] Simple Module System Proposal

For those on the expert group, do you believe that JSR-294 and a
satisfactory SMS prototype can actually be built for JDK 7? Well, perhaps
the real question is *should* it be built? I sometimes have a difficult time
dechipering whether timely progress is being made or water is being treaded.
Without a doubt there are many difficult questions still being proposed, but
will they be answered well and in time for the next release? The only reason
I ask is because sometimes I wonder about the feasibility.
