[jsr294-modularity-eg] Language and VM spec changes for modules

While interesting, it seems these documents are jumping the gun, since
it seems we are still coming to agreement on the meaning/form of module
visibility and module membership. These documents push module "requires"
and "permits" (i.e., dependencies) into the source code without settling
the initial discussion.

I am still interested in concluding Peter's discussion on unbound vs.
bound modules, since I think the distinction between these two concepts
could definitely help.
