[jsr294-modularity-eg] EDR submitted

Experts,

we wanted to let you know that we've submitted the spec including the open 
issues list to the JCP PMO for Early Draft Review. It typically takes 
about two weeks to get it published on jcp.org.

Once that happens, it will be publicly available and we'll certainly get 
feedback from the community. Alex and I will collect it and forward it to 
the list.

Thanks to everyone for participating and making sure we reach this milestone!
