[jsr294-modularity-eg] Superpackage Strawman

I hope to discuss that with Alex as we are getting together next week.

On that front: should we plan to meet as a group face to face? Mailing 
lists are reasonably good, but sloooow... I found it very helpful meeting 
Stanley, Michal, Bryan, and Gilad near the start of JSR 277.
