[Isolate-interest] Eclipse, codavaj, and the TCK

codavaj looks like a useful tool for any potential implementers. It was a
relatively quick and painless process for me to produce a non-implementation
of JSR-121 using Eclipse. (Is there a proper term for something that
implements the API, but makes no attempt to pass any of the tests?) Still,
this looks like a better way of doing it.

"codavaj is javadoc in reverse. A seemingly useless tool. Arguably of
interest only to the most hardcore java hackers. A 'must have' in every
geek's software toolbox."
