Yes, because it's a different version of the JLS
than is likely to be referenced in the consumer space
for some time to come.

I wouldn't recommend trying to reference that bit of the
JLS from the Isolate JSR.  Rather, it would clearer to just
say "On pre-Tiger platform, this method's signature is X".

Or, better yet, just steer clear of (admittedly) sexy new
language features that are an obstacle to uptake of something
valuable.
