[Isolate-interest] the latest version of the JSR 121

Hello,

I'd like to share with you the latest draft of the JSR 121
documentation. It reflects comments we received after starting the
public review in mid-May. Most of the changes are relatively minor
(tightening the spec here and there, re-wording a description, improving
an example, etc). Major changes - in the API but not in functionality -
happened because we decided to make the API readily applicable to J2ME.
As a consequence we removed any use of enums and generics,
which impacted LinkMessage, IsolateStatus.State, and
IsolateStatus.ExitReason.

I would like to thank to all of you who sent your comments either
directly to me, to the Expert Group, or to this mailing list.
Please keep sharing your thoughts on the API and related topics.
