[Isolate-interest] isolate naming piece and correction

Although bitser.net is inaccessible from here at the moment it will 
hopefully come back soon and I'll fix the indentation problem I just put 
into the bibliography.

I added a short piece about how and why Isolate has its name. It's at 
http://bitser.net/isolate-interest/papers/1/1.html (and .sxw).

Also, aggregate might be mentioned in the public review draft, but with 
no responsibilities, only an abstract definition.
