[Isolate-interest] status and bib update

I've put a link to the expert group's October 27, 2004 meeting notes on 
the interest group page at http://bitser.net/isolate-interest

I've also done a little more work on the bibliography and think I have 
at least placeholders for everything of possible interest. For the 
record,it was Miles Sabin who first mentioned pi calculus at EG meetings 
(and I don't claim to know much about this subject, so this is just 
shared FWIW).
