[Isolate-interest] M:N style isolate implementation short paper

Norbert Kuck of SAP has graciously granted permission to me to make a short
paper describing the SAP "VM Container" onto the JSR-121 interest page. 

This is a description of a very different implementation style for isolates
in comparison to the "many isolates in one JVM" style of Sun's MVM research
platform and the U. of Utah JanosVM implementation and the "one isolate per
JVM" style of the RI that almost got into Tiger.
