I'm delighted to report that Bernd is subscribed to this list now and I can 
stop putting words into his mouth. :-)

Unfortunately Bernd will be on vacation until just before JavaOne, but he'll 
be a speaker at the JSR-121 BOF (#2436) on the Tuesday night (June 29th at 
8:30pm local). The plan is to focus on demonstrations for this BOF but Bernd
will have a clear message about J2ME facts of life too.
