[Isolate-interest] JSR-121 BOF slides and notes from JavaOne

I've assembled everything I have so far here:

All comments and corrections welcome.

I also updated the main slide collection link to point to the latest iteration
of these (note that some of the code examples are not updated to the current
JSR-121 strawman APIs yet but I think I flagged all the exceptions). These
were last presented on June 23rd at SAS Institute (but sans a disclaimer slide 
to make clear to SAS that no Sun product development was implied, things are
changing, etc).

The bibliography is still not up to date and I'm beyond redemption for 
filling out the javadoc for the API strawman but will try to catch up on that
soon.
