[Isolate-interest] Brief taxonomy discussion, web page updates

I wrote a few words to help relate isolation and (metadata) sharing as 
they relate to a few JRE optimization techniques. Grzegorz Czajkowski 
gave this a quick look and I put a few corrections into it based on his 
comments (but any remaining errors are all mine):

I also updated the interest list web page at 
http://bitser.net/isolate-interest with a graphic easier on the eyes 
(and a poem) and I put in some "help wanted" items and details of the 
next conference presentation about the isolation APIs.
